Hi, Kindly note that 'max_cpc_bid_micros' are only for the manual cpc bidding strategy. When you set the bidding strategy to maximize_clicks_bidding_strategy, they might collide. Please try removing the 'max_cpc_bid_micros' fields from everywhere from the request and provide us with the updated complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.
Since you are using a python client library, I would request you to enable logging for the python client library that you are using. You can refer to the guide Python to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
