Hi, This is a friendly nudge that we still haven't received any confirmation or updates regarding our application for basic access. Based on the volume of conversations in this group that are experiencing the same difficulties, I can understand that the Compliance Team must be very busy. However, I would very much appreciate it if someone could have a look at our request, or at the very least give some indication as to when the request will be reviewed.
