I couldn't quite understand your answer. 

Could you please tell me what I should do or configure so that when a user 
authenticates with the application they have read-only access and that the 
screenshot message that I shared is not shown so that they do not feel 
afraid. I understand that I should always use the scope of 
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
