Hello, I've recently been asked to "*validate the advertiser's identity*" for accounts created *under* my Google Ads *Admin account*. Can you give me more details if the validation is mandatory for all accounts as there are some with optional validation.
Would a different API access allow to bypass the mandatory validation? What makes validation *optional* for one user and *mandatory* for another?
