Upon checking, I understand you have provided the logs but kindly note that request logs are not sufficient to investigate the issue so please provide the uncropped UI screenshot of the CPC and volume fields in the Google Ads API account and complete updated API logs (request and response with request-id and request header). Kindly note that only basic access and standard access tokens allow access to RecommendationService, KeywordPlanIdeaService, and KeywordPlanService.
