According to the Google Ads API documentation 
(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/account-management/advertiser-identity-verification#c_1)
 
it should now be possible to retrieve identity verification information 
from the Google Ads API (V16). However, every time I use the method, the 
response is a GoogleAdsException containing the IdentityVerificationError 
'NO_EFFECTIVE_BILLING' ('Customer does not have an active billing 
linked.'). I have tried the method for over 20 different customers, most of 
which have been active (and have been billed) for quite a while now, but 
the response is always the same. Any ideas on how to get the actual 
response (as in the list of IdentityVerification objects)?
