Hi, I've started a new application and would like to use the Google Ads API. I created a OAuth Screen to receive ClientID and Secret ID and I requested a Developer Token in the API Center.
In order to make API calls I need also a refresh token and I tried to follow "Fetch a refresh token" <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/get-started/make-first-call> so I published the application online as doing it locally wasn't working. When running the oauth2l command to fetch the refresh token I do get a link to open in my browser and I am asked to allow my app access to my google account but after clicking on "Next" I receive a HTTP ERROR 500 . The console shows "Enter authorization code:" but nothing else.
