I submitted applications for basic access to a Google Ads account twice. Unfortunately, there has been no communication regarding the approval or disapproval of access, and there is no available method to check the status of the application. Also we have not received any case id. This lack of response has caused a halt in our work, and we're currently in need of assistance or information on how to proceed.
