1) I'm not sure what you mean with the term "channel". Can you further explain the data you are trying to get? 2) There is a minimum CPC value for each currency, which can be found here: https://adwords.google.com/select/AfpoFinder 3) The update will be made as soon as possible, but it may take a moment to propagate through the system. 4) There are no limits on the number times it can be updated, but there are other API limits you may run in to.
