Please let me ensure it is clear: this question is asking what is necessary to use the API. It is a general question for anyone seeking access to get invoice information from the Google Ads API for their customers. For that reason further information would only seem to risk confusing the answer. (Additionally, the C# Get Invoices sample code does not seem to make a request the same way others do such that it may be trapped for obtaining the details should it have been specific to our scenario only). Please advise as to what is generally a prerequisite. Thank you.
