By reviewing your query, I understand that you want to get the impressions,conversion,clicks on the user level for every campaign,ad_group,keyword. You can use Query Builder for the campaign, ad_group and keyword_view to create your query and Query Validator to validate your query. You can try making a request using the Method: customers.googleAds.searchStream to get impressions,conversion,clicks via the API. Also, I would suggest you to refer to this Query Cookbook guide which provides a set of Google Ads Query Language queries that demonstrate how to return the same data as screens in the Google Ads UI.
