Hi, I'm trying to save a load of requests to get the country codes of a campaigns location geo targets but I now need to first extract all the location targets, then call get_country_codes for each campaign to do the simple lookup between the geo_target_constant resource and the country_code.
Why is there no endpoint to get a simple mapping between resource ids and the country data? the csv for geo_targets doesn't even include resource ids so it's completely useless for this https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/data/geotargets#download_csv_of_geo_targets Thanks for your help!
