Hi, Here's the situation:
I have API access and a developer token, and am using the PHP client library. I'm trying to access another adwords account via the API i.e. not the MCC account that was used to signup and get the dev. token. I have authorisation and the relevant access details to do this - clientID, email address and password - but whenever I make a simple request, even with the example scripts, I get the error: QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_LATEST_ADWORDS_API_TNC_NOT_AGREED @ Is the problem that the API T's & C's have not been accepted in the adwords account that I'm trying to access via the API? If so, how can that be done? It's just a simple adwords account, not an MCC and I see no mention of the API anywhere. Or has something been missed back in the MCC account, some link or checkbox?
