This is to request support

We are a marketing agency and last week it happened that one of our 
collaborators inadvertently removed access to the accounts we manage, at 
the moment we have carried out several actions:

1. We gave you a Google Ads account recovery
2. We talk through Google support from emails
3. We enter the help center in the forums

None of the previous actions have served, because we entered but the 
accounts still do not come out.

This request is very urgent because we are not managing the account and the 
client is requesting a review. Another important point would be that the 
only ones who had access is from our email
