With regard to your concern on how long can Google OAuth2 Refresh Token live, as per our documentation (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/oauth/internals#access_token_expiration) an access token has an expiration time (based on the expires_in value) after which the token is no longer valid. For more details about the refresh token expiration, refer to the Google Identity Platform OAuth documentation (https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2#expiration). Also, by default, our client libraries (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/client-libs) automatically refresh expired access tokens.
