Dear Google Ads Support Team, We have been receiving an error message indicating that resource has been exhausted. The exact error message we are getting is as follows:
google.api_core.exceptions.ResourceExhausted: 429 Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota). [type_url: " type.googleapis.com/google.ads.googleads.v13.errors.GoogleAdsFailure" Too many requests. Retry in 49606 seconds. Number of operations for basic access. According to our Basic Access level, we should have the capacity for up to 15,000 requests per day. Based on information about number of our used requests on Google Cloud, we did not exceed our limit. Could you please look into this matter and provide clarity on why we're encountering this issue? We'd appreciate it if you could also guide us through the steps to avoid such problems in the future. We've followed the guidelines for usage, and we are still unsure as to why this problem has arisen.
