With regard to your concern, for the INVALID_PAYMENTS_ACCOUNT error, can you please confirm if you are following the instructions for using a new / existing payments account, in this Billing Setup? Kindly note that, available payment accounts depend on the authenticating user. You can use the PaymentsAccountService ListPaymentsAccounts methods to see which are available. If the error still persists after considering the above information, you may provide us with the complete API logs within the request and response logs, with the request-id that generated on your end. If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. For security purposes, you can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsapi-supp...@google.com.
