You may refer here for more information regarding the supported geo targeting criterias in Google Ads API. In the Google Ads API's perspective, you may query the geo_target_constant field to retrieve geo targets directly from the Google Ads API. Kindly note that based on our documentation, only one of feed_label or sales_country can be set. Furthermore, sales_country can never be modified, but can be cleared if you set the feed_label in the same operation. I hope this helps. Let us know if you still have any further clarifications.
