Regarding your concern, kindly note that the Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. Meaning, Google Ads API allows you to retrieve the same data you are seeing in the UI and manage it programmatically. Having said that, if this field/feature is available in the Google Ads UI, can you please provide the uncropped Google Ads UI screenshot showing this data so that our team can provide the accurate recommendations to you? You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsapi-supp...@google.com alias instead.
