Hello, I got an answer back. I'm being told by a fellow engineer who specializes in this area that in this particular case, it appears that the Google Ads UI is incorrect. It is considered advertiser created, and the API is reporting it correctly. I'm having this person dig into figuring out why it's showing a different value in the Google Ads UI.
