Hi I am migrating from Google AdWords API to Google Ads API. I need to be able to create user list and also to update existing user lists (containing email addresses).
Is this the example add customer match user list <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/samples/add-customer-match-user-list> to refer to? If I want to create a new user list with the List ID provided by me, how should I do it? If I want to update an existing user list content, how can I do it?
