I understand that the field customer.status used to pull the status of the account is showing as ENABLED through Google Ads API. However, an API is not exposing the fields necessary to determine if an account is fully enabled or not. But my team already created a feature request to support the said account status that is seen on the Ads UI. For now, you may keep an eye on our blog for any updates or announcements.
