I understand that you uploaded a conversion, and you haven’t received any API 
errors and it uploaded correctly. It is not However, our team would like to see 
your complete logs if you see such alerts/messages regarding user-agent after 
the API request is successful. As the user-agent is an optional field, then it 
should not affect your sending conversions via API. If you have already 
followed our guide, and used our code to send to Google Ads, then there seems 
no issue with the API’s.

Since the sending enhanced conversion via Google Ads API has been successfully 
sent to Google Ads, and no errors were reported, then it appears that the 
product backend is doing this validation regarding the missing user-agent and 
API takes too long to send the data. For this, the appropriate team to get more 
details on the said configuration issues is the product support as those errors 
are shown on Google Ads UI’s enhanced conversions API diagnostics report.

That being said, to have further analysis on why said errors returned for the 
optional field, I recommend you to reach out to the Google Ads Product support 
team, via this link, since the appropriate team provides guidance, and 
specializes in this aspect.
