Hi Alex, Thanks for reaching out. A developer token can be paired with new Console projects. However, a Console project will be permanently locked to its developer token.
There isn't a way to get the Console project currently associated with a developer token using the API. However, there it is possible there's a way through the Console project. I would recommend reaching out to the Google Cloud Console support team by navigating to your Console, then clicking the '?' icon on the top right, and selecting 'Get Support', to see if this is possible.
