we have created a web application in the google cloud platform project and are now in the testing phase. The web application is used to extract data from google ads API.
questions: 1. if we publish the web application will it be visible/ accessible to everyone so that will they be able to access it programmatically? 2. Is there any way without publishing a web application can we use it for a long time without any limitation? 3.
