Hi Sharon, Your query has reached Google Ads API support, however, I suggest you reach out to our product support team for further assistance. This is a limit from product support and this document from product support 'About Google Ads manager accounts' shows this limit and the proscribed workaround that manager accounts offer. The API can only go along with the limitations of the system.
