When looking at our reporting documentation, kindly note to select the 'Yes it is' option to see what are the SELECTABLE fields for a specific report. Moving forward, since you want to retrieve the biddable_app_install_conversions and biddable_app_post_install_conversions, you may try using ad_group_ad_asset_view report on your end.
