We have a client that recently had some site issues which caused a large
majority of their ads to be disapproved based on Google's destination
requirements policies.

Things have rebounded once we could get the ads back to eligible, but has
anyone had this happen? And does anyone have any site/server
recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in the future?

Here are the policy issues we had with the ads:

   - Destination not found
   - Destination not accessible
   - Unable to crawl your landing page on iOS devices
   - Unable to crawl your landing page on desktop devices
   - HTTP error 403
