I see a similar error message when updating my AD_CUSTOMIZER feed: "OperationAccessDeniedError.UPDATE_OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED: Unauthorized UPDATE operation in invoking a service's mutate method., trigger: AD_PLACEHOLDER"
Could it be that you are not allowed to update these FeedItems anymore, because the CustomizedAds are ETAs and these are not allowed to be updated anymore.
