Upon checking, it appears that you’re using a Manager account as the operating customer to pull the campaigns using GetCampaigns.php example. Note that manager account can’t be used as operating customers to pull the campaigns data since campaigns can be pulled using client customer accounts present under manager account as those accounts are managing it. This is the reason that you were getting an empty response. That said, you may consider using client customer accounts as operating customers instead. Let us know if you have any further questions.
