Hi Mukut, Check out the AdWords API Dotnet library available at http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/. It works with the latest version of AdWords API, has code examples for the common activities in AdWords API, and has an ASP.NET sample as well. The library is written in VS2005, but works fine with VS2008 as well.
