Hi Axum, Looks like your account has lots of criteria, which causes the response size to be greater than the limits set by AdWords API servers. You need to use paging while retrieving your criteria to fix this issue. See http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference/AdGroupCriterionService.AdGroupCriterionSelector.html#paging for more details.
