Hi Reed,

The correct name for the ID in the format xxx-xxx-xxxx that is
displayed in the AdWords web interface is customer ID. Since the
customer id refers to a client account, the field is clientCustomerId.

The v201003 reporting system is still in beta, and we are still
hammering out some of the peculiarities in the behavior. As for the
rejected fields, I'm not seeing those as being available for the
CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT:

  Amount, AverageCpc, AverageCpm, AveragePosition, Clicks,
ConversionRate, ConversionRateManyPerClick, Conversions,
ConversionsManyPerClick, Cost, CostPerConversion,
CostPerConversionManyPerClick, Ctr, Id, Impressions, Name, Period,
Status

The significance fields are not active and cannot return values at
this time.

We have not applied an API unit cost to report downloads yet, but we
will be doing so in the near future. We'll message the community once
this is complete.

Best,
- Eric Koleda, AdWords API Team
