Hi, The API response seem to suggest that the word "Down" is copyrighted in the context of its usage in your Ad. However, copyright-based policies are exemptable, so you can add an exemptionRequest to your request and the API call will succeed. Your Ads will be reviewed manually when an exemptionRequest is provided.
To add an exemptionRequest to your AdGroupAdOperation, you can use the PolicyViolationKey from the corresponding PolicyViolationError.
