Hi, This error is being returned because you have not specified a valid clientEmail to work against, and MCC accounts cannot contain campaigns. In the sandbox you get 5 auto-generated client accounts, with clientEmails in the format client_x+em...@address.com, where X is the number 1 through 5. For example: client_1+...@gmail.com
