I'd like to second this request. I haven't been able to figure out how to get a simple list of campaigns using CampaignService on 201003. I know Google is trying to encourage people to use the libraries instead of raw SOAP, but the Ruby library they have made available is way bulky for my taste.
Can we get an answer on this?
