Hi Micobros,

Two things you should check are:

1) Please ensure you are using the right credentials for your
environment.  Production credentials don't work in the sandbox, and
vice versa.

2) Please ensure your AdWords login is a Google Account, and not a
Legacy login.  Legacy logins will show something like "Your old,
AdWords login" under "My Account" -> "Access".
