Hi Charles, In my experience the payload error is only returned once the job is complete and you attempt to retrieve the first result part, is this what you are seeing? In this situation what I am advising is that once again you wait for another minute or two and try the request again. The payload error means that the operations have been run but the results are temporarily unavailable.
