Hi, The reason that qualityInfo and firstPageCpc aren't being returned for these keywords is because they are in a campaign that only targets the Content Network. This information is only relevant for the Search Network and is not calculated / returned for campaigns that aren't targeting it. The behavior is consistent with the AdWords web interface, and more information of quality score across networks is available here:
