When i trying to create account on following url https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=adwords&cd=null&hl=en-US<mpl=signup&passive=false&ifr=false&alwf=true&continue=https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/um/SignupToken
after hitting create account button or sign button i get redirected to following url and get the 404 errror. https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/um/SignupToken Not Found Error 404 -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Have you migrated to v200909 yet?
