Hello. I am wondering if there is the ability to have the campaign (or adgroups for a campaign) paused until all the (image) ads in the campaign are actually approved?
It seems like all objects in a campaign must be set to ACTIVE before they will be actually reviewed by the adwords trafficking team. For our particular use case we would like to not run the campaign until all the image ads are actually approved. With the removal of the V13 method checkAds(), it seems that this is not really possible any more. Is this correct? I saw the blog post ( http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2009/12/discover-v2009-validateonly-header.html ) which states "You can also use validateOnly headers to check if a batch of ads or criteria has any policy errors", but this seems that it might only work on text based ads. Can someone clarify this as well? Thanks in advance, Qme -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Have you migrated to v200909 yet? The v13 sunset is on April 22, 2010.
