Hi, We have an Adwords account and would like to make use of the Adwords API. From online documentation (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/) it seems we have to register for a developer token, but the 'Register as a developer' takes a while to load and then redirects to https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/adwordsapi/bin/answer.py?hl=en-uk&answer=15104.
