Hi, I have grabbed all campaigns and saved them into our local database, but few days ago, we added several new campaigns in, i try to grab them down, i found the campaign selector only accept Id ( but this Id is included id, MY QUESTION again, can i pass in EXCLUSIVE Ids, then get the rest campaigns for me), because i don't know new added campaign ids!!!!
And there is no "date range" filter for getting campaigns, ONLY for stats, so I have to grab ALL campaigns. That means I have to pay more $ $$$$$$$$. That's really inconvenient. Any alternative solutions? Same thing, if I want to get newly added AdGroup, AdGroupCriterions, the filters won't work for date range and exclusive ids( I understand that would a long list Ids, but how about date range for filter)...
