Hi, I'm doing some testing around adding CPA_REFERRAL as a network target for a campaign using the v200909 APIs, but I don't see any equivalent setting in the web UI or in AdWords Editor. So I'm wondering if such a UI setting exists and if adding CPA_REFERRAL has any effect as of today?
