Yes, Eric and I can tell more, I have used all accounts which I have for Adwords, and I get the same result. Even with account which have real adwords account. And yes none of my account didn't used sandbox before. Can be problem in tab chars, which are sending before password and developerToken. But I use adwordsApility PHP library and real adwords account works fine without any problems.
