Hi Martin, Depending on the size of your AdWords account that may be a reasonable time. For comparison you may also want to take a look at the AdWords API Local Database Sync project:
http://code.google.com/p/awapi-local-db-sync/ Both APIlity and the sync project run on the v13 API, which will be deprecated in early 2010.
