Hi,

You can manage multiple AdWords account by create a My Client Center
account:

  http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=7725

You can use this account to schedule reports for your clients and get
click information.  This can be done with or without the AdWords API:

  http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/topic.py?hl=en&topic=15978
