I’ve encountered a problem using the api for downloading/uploading campaigns with proximity targets. In adwords it is possible to define a proximity target with a 500 miles radius (804,762 meters), but via the api you can only create a target with a 800,000 meter radius (so you can't update a campaign you downloaded).
