When adding many keywords to the same campaign, I get the following APIException from google:
"The campaigns for this customer already have the maximum number of active keywords permitted, so this campaign may not be activated." (Error code 17) My questions are: 1) At this point, can I buy more ad groups / creatives / negative keywords? 2) What does it mean "this campaign may not be activated."?
