I do some heavy campaign generation using Apility. I always test the result of creation operations by checking for NULL values as suggested by the Apility documentation, and then process any faults found on the Apility Fault stack. Usually things go fairly well and we are able to log the faults when operations fail. But occasionally, we have cases in which many operations will fail, but no faults are available on the stack to explain why. I can rerun some of the failed operations and they complete successfully with no issues which seems to imply that there wasn't anything wrong with the 1st attempt at those operations.
